RESCHEDULE POLICY

Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your session.

Your deposit can be transferred to one rescheduled session if proper notice is given.  Failure to reschedule with 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Each session can only be rescheduled once. Further changes will require a new deposit.  If you fail to show up for your session without notifying your artist, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again.

If you need to cancel your session, you must notify the studio at least 48 hours in advance.  Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of your deposit.

If you fail to show up for your session without prior notice, your $30 deposit will be forfeited.  A new deposit will be required to book a future session.

Clients who no-show must pay a new deposit to reschedule and may lose priority for future bookings.

In rare cases of emergencies, accommodations may be made at the artist’s discretion.
