EffortLyss Ink clients & guest’s must be 18+.  Valid ID must be present & available upon request.

To book, fill out the session inquiry form completely—incomplete forms won’t be accepted.  More detail is always better. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response. I’ll reach out via email.

**When prompted for additional information, please include your session partner’s first & last name.

** 3 hour session minimum for booking,

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session and will be applied toward the final cost. For two-person sessions, each client must pay their own deposit and cover their individual tattoo cost. 

**All major credit cards are accepted, and a valid card must be placed on file when booking.

After reviewing your form, if accepted, you’ll receive a time estimate and a link to my booking portal. There, you can reserve your date and time, and your $30 non-refundable deposit will be collected during the booking process.

Prior to your session, you will receive design previews via email.  This is when minor adjustment can be made to your design if necessary. 

Designs must be confirmed within 72 hours of your session.
