POLICIES

1.  **Booking Process:**

• To book a session, clients are required to submit a request for their desired appointment through GlossGenius.
• Following your appointment request, please complete ALL forms attached to your confirmation email/text messages within 24 hours of receiving.
• Kindly allow 24-48 hours in response to your request.

**Deposits are not drafted until session is approved.  All deposits are non-refundable & are made payable upon session approval.

2. **Design Process:**

• The pricing per session includes up to three design changes.
• After discussing your tattoo concept, I will create a preliminary design.
• You are entitled to request up to three revisions to the initial design at no extra charge.
• Any additional design changes beyond the initial three will incur a fee of $15 per 15 minutes or drawing.
• Designs must be finalized prior to your session.  This allows all parties to be fully prepared day of.

3. **Minors Policy:**

• You must be 18 years or older.  No exceptions with a parent signature.

4. **Health and Safety:**

• My studio adheres to strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of my clients and myself.
• Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your tattoo experience.

5. **Respectful Environment:**

• I maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all clients and myself.
• Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

The Late Policy is as follows, I understand things do happen, please communicate any lateness as soon as possible:

• If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes or more, your session will be cancelled and need to be rescheduled.  Any deposit made will be forfeited.
• Standard Consultations are given a 10 minute grace period before needing to be rescheduled.  These in-person meetings book for a 45 minute time slot.  I really like to ask a lot of questions & require the whole 30 minutes.

**Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

I understand that situations occur where you must reschedule.  Please communicate any conflicts as soon as possible to avoid penalties.

• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will result in having to pay 50% total cost of the scheduled session using your card placed on file.

• Being a small business, No-Show clients greatly affect the capabilities of optimizing availability.  
  • No-Shows result in prepaying 50% of your service prior to booking.

• Repeating instances will result in cancellations of your appointments, at the disrection of EffortLyss Ink.
  • You will be notified via email & text of any cancellations.
